Mark display-comint-buffer-action as obsolete after adding a category.

* lisp/window.el (display-comint-buffer-action):
Append '(category . comint)' to the default value.  Mark as obsolete.
(display-tex-shell-buffer-action):
Append '(category . tex-shell)' to the default value.  Mark as obsolete.
