Move rmailmm test functions to test/ directory.

* lisp/mail/rmailmm.el (test-rmail-mime-handler)
(test-rmail-mime-bulk-handler)
(test-rmail-mime-multipart-handler): Move tests to test/ directory.

* test/rmailmm.el: New file, split from lisp/mail/rmailmm.el.
