; ruby-ts--indent-rules: Minor cleanup

* lisp/progmodes/ruby-ts-mode.el (ruby-ts--indent-rules): Remove
the (match "begin" "assignment") rule.  The catch-all has the same
effect.  Update a comment referring to rules removed previously.
