Cleanup xrdb.c.

* src/xrdb.c: Remove include guard.  Remove
DECLARE_GETPWUID_WITH_UID_T conditional it had no effect.
Remove #if 0 code.  Replace malloc->xmalloc, free->xfree,
realloc->xrealloc instead of using #defines.
