Improve the documentation of glyphless-character display

* lisp/international/characters.el (glyphless-char-display-control):
* src/xdisp.c (syms_of_xdisp) <glyphless-char-display>: Mention
the 'glyphless-char' face in the doc string.

* doc/lispref/display.texi (Glyphless Chars): Index
