gnus.texi (Listing Groups): Explain `gnus-group-list-limit'.
 (Finding the News): Doc clarification.
 (Terminology): Mention naming.
gnus-group.el (gnus-group-list-limit): Explain what the command	does.
gnus-sum.el (gnus-fetch-headers): Bump message level.
