Tramp cleanup

* doc/misc/tramp.texi: Use @value{tramp} where appropriate.

* doc/misc/trampver.texi: Change "Tramp" format ifplaintext.

* lisp/net/tramp-archive.el (tramp-archive-file-name-handler-alist):
Ignore `memory-info'.
