Fix visiting XML files with non-Unix EOL format
* lisp/international/mule.el (sgml-xml-auto-coding-function) (sgml-html-meta-auto-coding-function): Don't use 'buffer-file-coding-system' if the buffer is unibyte. (Bug#34704)
