Prevent .dir-locals.el from being byte-compiled * lisp/files-x.el (modify-dir-local-variable): Add a 'no-byte-compile' file local variable when generating a .dir-locals.el file. * .dir-locals.el: Add 'no-byte-compile'. (Bug#58486)
