Improve documentation of 'insert-kbd-macro'

* lisp/macros.el (insert-kbd-macro): Update documentation
of what happens when no macro name is supplied.

* doc/emacs/kmacro.texi (Save Keyboard Macro): Document
saving 'last-kbd-macro'.  (Bug#77317)
